1. There is never need for breaks on the highway. There should always be enough room between you and the car in front of you that if you need to slow down taking your foot off the gas should be enough. I mean, you're traveling at upwards of 70 miles an hour, why not play it safe and keep plenty of room between you and who ever is in front of you?
And if someone cuts you off, maybe they deserve to be hit from behind...just saying.
